4. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to pilot availability. Payment terms will be outlined at the time of booking. Cancellation policies apply and may result in fees depending on timing and circumstances.
5. Pilot Verification
While we verify pilot certifications and experience, Swwift does not guarantee the quality of individual services. Users are encouraged to review pilot profiles and ratings before booking.
6. Liability and Insurance
Swwift is not liable for damages, injuries, or losses arising from drone operations. Pilots are required to maintain appropriate insurance coverage. Users should verify insurance details before engaging services.
7. Intellectual Property
All content captured during drone operations belongs to the client unless otherwise agreed. Swwift retains rights to platform content, logos, and branding materials.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
User data is collected and processed according to our Privacy Policy. We implement security measures to protect personal information but cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Termination
Swwift reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activities. Users may close their accounts at any time through their dashboard.
10. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
